Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about enrollment, pacing, assessments, payments and certification.
What is the Certified AI Second Act Advisor™ Program?
It is an online professional-development certification program that combines capital education, financial literacy, relationship-based business development and practical AI skills for experienced adults.
How long does it take?
Most students finish in six to ten weeks studying a few hours per week. The program is self-paced, and your progress is saved as you go.
What does it cost?
Tuition is $1,297 paid in full, or three payments of $499 (total $1,497) on the flexible payment plan.
Do I need a license or prior experience?
No license or prior financial-services experience is required to enroll. Certification does not itself authorize any licensed activity.
How do modules unlock?
Module 1 opens as soon as your payment is verified. Modules 2 through 8 unlock in order after you complete the lessons and pass each module assessment with a score of at least 80%.
What happens if I do not pass an assessment?
You will see your score and supportive feedback, and you may retake the assessment. The next module stays locked until you pass. Answer keys are never shown.
What if a payment-plan payment fails?
Your completed work is always preserved. New module access pauses after a failed payment and the grace period, and access is restored automatically once payment is verified.
How do I earn the certificate?
Complete all modules, pass all required assessments, complete the capital specialization and capstone, and be in good payment standing. You then receive a digital certificate with a unique credential ID and a public verification page.
Is tuition support available?
Partial scholarships, employer sponsorship and workforce funding may be available to eligible applicants. Visit the For Organizations page to learn more.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility is described in full on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page.
