Refund and cancellation policy
Clear terms, stated before you pay.
Refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment payment if you have not completed more than one module and have not submitted a capstone. Requests are submitted by email and are reviewed within five business days.
After the refund window
After 7 days, or after completing more than one module, tuition is non-refundable because program materials and assessments have been delivered.
Payment plans
Cancelling a payment plan stops future installments. Access continues through the period already paid and then locks. Completed coursework is preserved in your account.
Sponsored and cohort seats
Seats funded by an employer, workforce board or sponsor are governed by the terms of that agreement rather than the individual refund window.
How to request
Email info.tunitabailey@gmail.com from the address on your student account with your name and enrollment date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
