Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how your information is protected.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you enroll or create a student account, including your name, email address, phone number and the coursework you submit. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor and are never stored in our systems.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver the program, track your progress, issue certification, provide support, send transactional messages and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the program, such as our payment processor, email provider and hosting provider. When an employer, workforce board or sponsor funds your seat, we may share enrollment and completion status with that sponsor. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security

Student records are protected with authenticated access and database-level authorization rules so that students can access only their own records. Files and workbook materials are served through protected storage.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your records, request corrections, or request deletion of your account. Some records must be retained for accounting, certification-integrity and legal purposes.
