Terms of use
These terms govern enrollment in and use of the Certified AI Second Act Advisor™ Program.
Enrollment
Enrollment begins when tuition or the first payment-plan installment is verified by our payment processor. Access to the program is personal, non-transferable and intended for a single student.
Payment plan
Payment-plan students agree to the published payment schedule. Missed payments may pause access to new modules after the grace period. Completed work is preserved, and access resumes automatically once payment is verified.
Academic requirements
Modules unlock sequentially. Students must complete each module's lessons, acknowledge required workbook activity and pass its assessment with a score of at least 80% before the next module unlocks. Certification requires completion of all modules, required assessments, the capital specialization and an approved capstone, plus good payment standing.
Acceptable use
Program materials, workbooks, prompt libraries, templates and assessments are copyrighted and licensed for your personal use. Sharing logins, distributing materials or reproducing assessments is prohibited and may result in suspension of access or revocation of a credential.
Credential integrity
AI Capital Lending™ may suspend or revoke a credential where there is evidence of misrepresentation, academic dishonesty, or conduct inconsistent with the program's ethical standards.
Changes
Program content, schedules and pricing may be updated. Material changes to an active student's requirements will be communicated in advance.
The Certified AI Second Act Advisor™ Program is an educational and professional-development program.
Completion does not guarantee employment, clients, appointments, commissions, income, loan approval or business success.
Certification does not independently authorize mortgage origination, financial planning, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, credit repair, underwriting or any activity requiring a separate license.
Program content and capital-product information are educational and must be verified against current laws, regulations and provider requirements.
